The location of this Holiday Inn Express is fantastic, with several restaurants and shops nearby. The front desk staff welcomed me warmly, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. I noticed mildew on the shower curtain and the bathtub was not cleaned well, with noticeable dirt and hair clippings. The breakfast options were fine but could use more variety. While my stay overall met my basic expectations, it did leave room for improvement, especially regarding cleanliness and facilities during the renovations.

The Standard King Room was pretty decent overall. The room was clean and the bedding was super comfy. But the TV setup was confusing, had to use the remote buttons to change channels. Definitely some dust behind the TV, though, so cleaning could be better. No major complaints, but it wasn't the best I've seen. Staff were nice, which was a plus!
